When I'm trying to compose auto follow up send as a rich text - you the instructions are coming that - The address in the To field is a special address to save auto follow-up templates, so don't change that. but in the video you're adding your own email address, can you please let me know why? As I'm facing the challenge that my auto followups are not sending at the time which I have scheduled and also if it is sending they are not selecting fields of person name and company name.
